Full body Swedish massage: Uses long flowing strokes to reduce stress, improve circulation, eliminate aches and pains, and increase blood flow. This is a soothing, nurturing and invigorating massage.

 

Deep Tissue: This Modality is beneficial for relieving chronic pain and muscle tension. Focusing on deeper layers of muscle tissue and tendons. (Client should consult with therapist to reassure this massage will be beneficial for the client’s needs) *Hot towels included.

 Hot Stone Massage: Enjoy the luxury of a hot stone massage in the comfort of your own home. This massage is performed by using basalt stones that have been crafted into perfect tools to enhance any massage. Basalt stones are rich in micronutrients such as magnesium, iron, and calcium. The heat from the stones releases tight muscles and encourages blood flow to painful areas.  

Advanced Trigger Point Therapy: Trigger points are tight areas within the muscle tissue that causes pain in other parts of the body. Trigger point therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles of isolated pressure and release. In this type of massage, the client actively participates through deep breathing this helps in identifying the exact location and intensity of the discomfort.

Reflexology: Concentrates on various pressure points, primarily on your feet. The theory behind reflexology is that there are “reflex points" in the feet, hands, and ears that relate to specific organs and glands in the body. Stimulating those reflex points promotes health in that organ via the body's energetic pathways. This treatment promotes circulation, reduces pain, soothes tired feet, and encourages overall healing and wellness.
